ABOUT JARROD VIENS

My passion for art has existed ever since I can remember putting pencil to paper as a boy. My first drawings were of Superman. I idolized the hero and would ask my grandmother and uncle to draw The Man of Steel for me relentlessly. When their interpretations could not live up to the Superman in my mind, I took to the pencil myself. I have been drawing ever since. I have studied Art since highschool, having been lucky enough to specialize my studies in art at Norwich Free Academy. At N.F.A I was surrounded by other talented and growing artists. From highschool I continued my studies of art in college, eventually branching into graphic design. Although my career path has taken me into human services, my passion still remains within the art world.
